Lease Rates do not include 8% Service Charge
Cable TV, Phone & Utilities: Owner provides basic tv cable and basic phone service (does not include long distance); any electric use over $60 or phone use over $25 is billed to the guest.
Cleaning/Linens: Linens & towels provided for each bedroom with an extra set for 2 bedrooms. Guest pays departure clean.
Sugarhouse Health Club & Social Program:Includes unrestricted use of the Sugarhouse Amenity Center and participation in Summer Senior Program for two adults. Guests are an additional daily fee of $4.00 for adults & $2.00 for children.
Deposit/Payments: $750.00 deposit due upon booking. Payment plans determined by your booking date. Full payment is due no later than May 15th. We require a refundable $250.00 security deposit.
Cancellations:Cancellations made prior to March 15th are fully refundable less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations after March 15th are fully refundable less a 10% handling fee if the unit is re-booked for the same amount.
