Welcome to Timber Creek! Every unit in the community is allocated two (2) parking spots in front of each unit. To ensure we respect owners/renters right to their parking spots, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please park cars in front of the unit occupied
- Owners and Renters with more than two cars will park the other cars in the OVER FLOW lot (see map). Sugar House parking is not an overflow lot.
- Renters cars parked in front of the rented unit will display the issued Parking Pass on dashboard/mirror.
- Renters cars identified without parking passes or those parked in an unauthorized spot, will be towed at the owner's expense.
